-BLACK and WHITE logo files only please. (The black lines in the artwork will be the raised areas in the seal impression.
-PNG/PDF/EPS/JPEG/PSD/AI files are accepted.
‼️IF YOU Don’t have a logo, we can create one for you ( NOT branding logos, only wedding logos with initials or full names and dates, with any elements you wish).
You will receive a sample (pdf or jpg) with this logo before engraving and it will be modified according to how you want whenever needed.
We will engrave the stamp ONLY after your confirmation, so please check your etsy messages maximum 24h after you have placed the order. If we don`t receive any reply from you in 3-5 days, the stamp will be engraved as it is.
The wax is poured directly over the bags. once poured, the wax cannot be removed in any way.
You can choose any color for wax seals from our selection. We can also add gold flakes or any dryed plants, please send us a message and we will give you the price for these.

We do not accept returns for any of our CUSTOM MADE products. These products, customized especially for you, with your logo or your initials cannot be resold afterwards.
We do accept returns for our NON-CUSTOMISED products. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. For any return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and we will not refund any shipping costs.
