- GOLD and SILVER only available with engraving process and then gold or silver gilding is added by hand.

HOW TO ORDER
- choose the quantity (message us if the quantity you need is not between our options)
+ sample ( a name of our choice)
+ 2 pc, bride and groom ( set of 2 tiles with bride and groom, English version)
+ 2 pc, la mariee et le marie ( set of 2 tiles with la mariee and le marie, French version)
- write us a message with the colour of the tile, the colour of the printing and the font for the names.
- once you pay, send us your name list, with all accents, exactly how you want them to appear on the tile.
THE NAME LIST is very important, and I know that you have the final list very close to the event so PLEASE, take yourself enough time to get these place cards. At least 3-4 weeks, in case your package get lost or late delivery.

We do not accept returns for any of our CUSTOM MADE products. These products, customized especially for you, with your logo or your initials cannot be resold afterwards.
We do accept returns for our NON-CUSTOMISED products. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. For any return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and we will not refund any shipping costs.
