Working time/ shipping/ delivery
Our production time is between 2-5 business days.
All our stamps are engreved by us on our studio and all our wax seals are hand made by us.
All packages are send from France.
Estimated shipping times :
- France : 1-2 business days
- UK & Europe : 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days

Returns and refunds Policy
-We do not accept returns for any of our CUSTOM MADE products. These products, customized especially for you, with your logo or your initials cannot be resold afterwards.
-We do accept returns for our NON-CUSTOMISED products. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. For any return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and we will not refund any shipping costs.
- If the product arrives damaged please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will get in touch with you to resolve the problem.
Cancelations
As we ship within 1-2 business days for most orders, of you wish to cancel your order, we need to be notified as soon as possible via email at weddink.office@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing your order.
Import taxes/duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
