Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made on weddunkseals.com by PORUSNIUC IULIANA to non-professional customers.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Products

Products offered include wax seals, wax stamps, and personalized engravings.
Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.

All personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable except in case of defect.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in Euros (€), including applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total price.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Payment is made securely by credit/debit card.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute or non-payment.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

The Customer must verify the condition of the package upon receipt and report any issue within 14 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, Customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or custom-made products.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

7. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.

In case of a proven defect, the Seller will replace or refund the product.

8. Liability

The Seller is not liable for misuse, normal wear and tear, force majeure, or non-compliance with the laws of the delivery country.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is collected solely for order processing and delivery and is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
