By placing an order, the Customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.

Products offered include wax seals, wax stamps, and personalized engravings. Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes only.

All offers are subject to stock availability.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€), including or excluding VAT as applicable.

Shipping and processing costs are added at checkout.

Weddink seals reserves the right to modify prices at any time before order confirmation.

An invoice may be provided upon request.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

The Customer is responsible for verifying order details before confirmation.

Weddink seals reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute or non-payment.

4. Payment

Payment is made securely by credit/debit card.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any damage or issue within 14 days.

Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery, except where the Customer selects their own carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with French consumer law.

Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.

Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.

7. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.

If a defect is confirmed, Weddink seals will repair, replace, or refund the product.

Liability does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, force majeure, or non-compliance with the laws of the delivery country.
